Poor customer service regarding retirement pay out

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to express my disappointment with Sanlam retirement fund.I resigned at Medihelp Medical Scheme and ky last working day was 28 February 2025.Sanlam has received my retirement documents on 4 March 2025.I was informed that it takes approximately 3 to 6 weeks to pay out my pension funds.I phoned Sanlam every second week to enquire about the process.I was told it is still in process and two weeks ago it was under review.This is now week 12 and I am still waiting in vain for funds to be paid. Sanlam service in general has degraded to the core.Their website is lately of no use, as it is underconstruction most of the time.
