Poor customer service from agent Mabel

Support staff are useless as they don't returns calls to assist. I have requested Mabel to call me back to assist to fill out the debit order form but received no call till now after 5 attempts. Is Sanlam really interested into taking care of their customers or are they just interested into taking the monies from customers
