Poor customer service
Poor customer service from sanlamsky, I took a policy with sanlam two weeks later I called the guy who was helping me and told him I want to cancel, he decided to go ahead even after i told him to cancel it, now sanlam gives me the run around when they have to cancel my policy and refund, I gave them all the document they said I must sent to cancel.
