Poor customer service

<div>I'm a bit happy yesterday I got an update about my pension payout. On the other side I'm frustrated because My Sanlam sky account is been Ihanded over to CSS. I did call and told them that I will pay once I get my payout. Trust I will get it soon. The consultant was surprised that I'm sti waiting for my payout after I resigned long time ago</div>
