Poor communication.

Almost no communication from this insurance company. One sends email after email after email, without any response. Only way to get through to anyone is via head office. I was supposed to settle with the funeral home on the 13th already, and now will be charged extra interest by the funeral home, as claim has still not been finalized.....Do yourself a favour and think twice before taking out any sort of insurance with this company....cannot believe it takes so long for a claim to be finalized.....Its all just completely unacceptable.....
