Poor communication

Morning I wrote an email on Monday last week regarding my living annuity. I wanted why am I only allowed to do a payment review next year ? While I’m in need of the funds now ? That money was suppose to be paying my medical expenses and sadly I can’t even get an annual increase from the money. What the purpose of being permanent disability but being unable to access the fund for medical expenses? Can someone explain? I can’t afford my medical expenses. What annoys me is that Sanlam doesn’t respond to emails..
