Poor communication and delayed payment

I'm writing this to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the student fund that I was supposed to receive on April 1st. As of today (April 9th), I still haven't received the funds, and I'm getting inconsistent information from the team every time I call. Different stories all the time ( I called them like 3 times now )

Not satisfied at all !!!
