Poor commitment and communication

This is THE MOST useless company with regard to commitment and communication. They were supposed to do something by today as were typed on the papers we signed, but when nothing happened, WE had to use our OWN AIRTIME to phone them to find out they had a problem and nothing will happen before the end of next month but they didn't even keep us updated!!!! When we phoned their client number, we had to hold on for the one lady as she was phoning somebody else and by the time the call was already more than 10 minutes and she didn't come back to us, we ended the call. then phoned AGAIN and the person then told us they will phone us back. Well, we are still waiting and obviously NOTHING will happen!!!!
