Poor Client Service

I resigned last year December the 21st from my previous employer, submitted my exit claim documents in January. In February I confirmed that on the 19th of February my employer also submitted the documents from their side. I was told that my claim will be completed in 4 to 6 weeks. Since then I have been following up shortly to find out what the process of my claim is. This week I have phoned twice being told that a specialist will phone me to update me as to when the funds will be paid out. Yesterday after two I phoned again but I held on for too long and eventually hang up. This is really terrible service and I do not get any feedback regarding my funds that must pay out! I just want answers on when to expect this funds!!!!
