Poor and unprofessional safrican

My wife joined safrican insurance last year and they started deductions February now is August,we claimed and they refused to pay.they claimed were still at waiting period.They deducted through presale.The lady called my wife this morning she told her she's working at north west and received salary date 26 .something is wrong about this people.I'm worried about our kids if we passed on they will face this problems.
