Poor administration but payment received by Sanlam on monthly basis

Sanlam Sky is ignoring me and yet failing to resolve issues of deductions from my salary for a surrendered policy , the existing policy is owing but having a refund due ,from the surrendered policy , this is pure poor administration and ignoring my emails I find it very unprofessional.
