Policy terminated without my knowledge

Hi, I have a funeral policy with Safrican since 2022.. I just realized last week that my policy stopped deducting since last year November. I spoke to my financial advisor who told me that my policy was terminated because the scheme I was under had too many Claims,he advised me to open another policy under a different scheme. I had no idea about the scheme being terminated, no communication from the company. Imagine if I wanted to put in a claim knowing I had a funeral cover only to find out it was canceled because the company was going through too much claims. I would like to have all my premiums back to date nd part ways with this shifty company.
