Policy surrender

I have surrendered my investment in June 2025 and submitted my claim documents. They said i can access the funds in August2025 when the investmentis matured. I have sent the documents in August and they sent an sms for receiving documents the claim was supposed to be paid out in 3 to 5 days, Even now it has not been paid. When you contact them using WhatsApp they say the claim is still in process. When you call they move me from on call to another. Atleast if I can have a clarity on what's holding up.
