Policy still deducting

I wrote to Metropolitan to cancel the insurance that I have with them.

On 07 October 2025 - First email to request to cancel. 15 October 2025 - Second email attached with cancellation request letter. They responded that I am not picking up my calls. 19 November 2025 - Third email informing them that the policy is still deducting with my pay slip attached to the email. Responded with an automated email. ***
