policy payout problem
I am battling to get my policy funds paid out for two weeks now. I was told to open a bank account, but why as I have got one with my husband. The payments was taken out of this same account but to pay it into the same account is now suddenly a problem. delays delays delays?????? I am so sick and tired to explain. very very bad service and too many excuses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
