policy nt being paid in tym

I put in a claim on monday n on tuesday they said there we some papers missing so o sent em gt n sms saying they will pay within 48hours ofcouse it ddnt come thru i calld on thursday morning asking how far is my claim they said evrything is fine they need my 3mnths bnk statement i went n sent them they calld saying they will send it yesterday its friday i must go pay the mutuary today n it still hasnt reflected im so annoyed y assupol its nt what they sell at all so my moms berial must b delayd bcoz of all this n mindu evrything is ready only waiting on the money we set the date fr tmrw assupol is so unprofessional n im angry frustrated bcoz nw the mutuary hasnt been paid yet plz hlp
