Policy not cancelled since last year April 2024

My name is Dumisani Makanya I'd number *** I went to the PE branch last year April 2024 to cancel a funeral policy (DS***7) I was helped by Anda consultant there I filled in the cancellation form , signed it she took all the documents she needed from me In August last year at our work place one of the Sanlam consultants went there to service us that's when I picked up that the policy was never cancelled in April they still deducting premiums on my payslip Went back to the Branch to inform the Manager on what had happened because I wanted all my refunds from April because I had closed the account, Manager promised to look into it when the got back to me they promised it will be sorted in no time but even now the premiums I still deducted from my payslip I need help now on how to close this policy and get my refunds
