Policy i dont know about

Last year around April i app**** for a life cover at sanlam and the lady who was assisting me didn’t tell me that i don’t qualify for their life cover because of my chronic disease and she continued app**** for something we didn’t agree on without letting me know which is accidentally cover. On 20 June 2024 i sent an email cancelling the policy with immediate effect and it was cancelled. Now this month of July 2025 my salary come down when i check the payslip says Sanlam. I contacted them and the told me that i took a new policy on 10 April 2025, what i want to know is who signed and took that policy under my name and have guts to make my salary to be deducted. Now the telling me that the policy will be cancelled on 20 August, why August because this policy was not approved by me and i need the cancellation letter as in like yesterday and i also want my money back. Or else i will take further action against this issue
