Policy data on LEGACY system.
The poorest customer care ever. I have been paying different policies for the last 45 years now. Calling them and requesting them to give me a SINGILIER view using my Identity Number on ALL my policies ......Not Possible according to them because my OLD policies are on their legacy system. Surely, with technology today this should be possible.
