Policy complain claim

I took a policy with Assupol in October 2015 and it was deducting R104. 67 from my Persal payslip. His name was Wandisile Horatius Mali that is my son and he passed away in September 2016 and when I went to claim I was told that his policy is behind with 2 month. Since 2016 it's been deducting till now 2021 and it is not fair to me at all. I wish this matter can be solved asap.
