Policy claim

It's been 4 years now with assupol trying to cash out my late mother's policy she had with assupol. First time I went to their offices and left my banking details and waited for the whole 4 years for money to reflect. I then decided to call them and they made me sign some form and also send my banking details but guess what I'm still waiting. First reference was 460401 and the second was 471786, please check this and get back to me. I'm sick and tired of going back and forth with this company, wasting my money and time without any help!
