policy cancellation and replacement

hellow I would like to write a review about sanlam sky ,i am furious and afraid at the same time that sanlam sky is damaging my credit score ,i did a replace ,cancel the policies in the department of education office and the cancellation was successful.Then sanlam arranged a debit order of the same policies that i cancelled without my permission. I went to the bank reversed the money and stopped the debit order but unfortunately its still on i do not know how
