Police cancelled still debits

I really don't know what to do now i had police at sanlam i requested to cancel beginning of 2020 and I was told its canceled but up to date they debit me, its been returning unpaid though it returns the policy is not lapsing they keep on an on debits...

I recieved this sms and i was waiting for it to lapse but again they collected debit order...this is messing up my profile please cancel the police and stop collecting debit
