Please Give me my refund .
Not happy with Service I'm getting from Assupol I must say Jonathan and Jacqueline have been helpful so far otherwise the Service is not from other Employees I'm struggling to get a refund for premiums that have been for 28 months after the insured person passed on ,I submitted documents 7 days back and I always get one excuse still in process .
Not good at all and I hoPE Management is reading this email and its very handicapp for such a big brand Please give me my refund ASSAPOUL.
