Please give me my money Please

I have two policies with Sanlam, I have sent them notification to withdraw funds from the policies. <br> My first inter action telephonically with Sharon Viljoen was on the 1/03/2016 but i had already submitted the notification for withdrawal. Every second day from the 1st of March i have been asked to fax this and that. Every second day i must sign that. Till this day i have not received my money or any confirmation when it will be paid into my account. Instead I keep getting notifications about Sanlam loans. <br> I am very disappointed at the slow service and the fact that my funds are not available to me when i need them. I was advised that their turn around time is 5 to 7 working day. i have been waiting much longer then that.
