Please credit my RA

I resigned from my company , and requested my pension be transferred to my Sanlam RA. Alex Forbes has sent an ROT , and Sanlam (or my broker who ever that is ) have chosen to just do nothing. So as a result I have missing funds that are not gaining any growth. I will be contacting ombud if this is not sorted very soon. And will be pursuing other options on where to put my money. Just ridiculous I have to follow up do do everyone's job for them .
