Please call me back

I app**** for a loan with Sanlam Credit and was initially approved. My credit profile on the Sanlam site states that I am extremely low risk.

I then received a notification that my application was declined. I have been trying to find out the reason for this. I have sent emails and I have phoned. I have been assured that someone will call me back to explain why I was declined. Nobody calls me and I have phoned a few times.

This is very disappointing.
