Please assist, I need money to continue with my studies.

My mother passed on when I was 10 years old. My granny claimed money for a life cover that my mother had for me and my brother but she was told that she would not get that money because my mom died of HIV, so when I reached 18years I tried to claim a life cover and I wanted a signed contract stating that we will not receive the money if she died of HIV and I was told there is no such policy number and my mother never had a life cover with them. I tried again in March and I was told nothing matches her details but I have all the documents from them.
