Pizza parties with MY money

Absolutely 0 help to someone who has money stuck in your corporate fund and is trying to RE-INVEST in YOUR same business. I resigned from my job a month ago already and it takes 8 days to get a BS response that doesn't even assist me. I then get told I have to invest a much higher out of budget amount monthly in order to transfer to a private RA. What bs is that? So now because I cant afford your nonsense amount you guys get to have pizza parties with MY money that is just stuck. No help whatsoever, horrible response times.
