Pepkor and Sanlam UEP

I'm so disappointed with this company...my son's father worked for this company for years and when he passed on they assured me my son's fees and needs would be taken care of. The lady who was assisting at that time Laweke,sent me all the relevant documents which filled in and I sent back to her to be processed. She later confirmed that my son's fees were paid for when I went to the school they said the money wasn't allocated using a ref and to ask which ref was used unfortunately til the today nothing has been confirmed because all these emails I sent went unanswered. Everything was processed according to Laweke but failure to inform me thoroughly about where to request fee payment and were to request for financial assistance (infact at that point I thought one company was responsible for everything I even sent the documents to that company but was informed they don't deal with this they just send monthly payments to go back and ask which company I must send my documents). And this has led to years of school fees not being paid and no information was sent to me for years. I tried reaching out to Laweke and to my surprise she wasn't working there anymore and when I requested to be called so I get clarity on where exactly to send these education forms. Portia the new lady who assisted me just sent me the UEP brochure and when I asked to be called back she didn't call me back and I didn't have airtime since I'm unemployed. So I looked for Sanlam numbers and called their toll free number and gave them my son's details and I was told that he doesn't exist on their database and go back and ask Pepkor for more info. This has been an up and down of confusion. I'm so upset they failed to assist me,through the help of Hello Peter it's only now that the company that is responsible for my son's fees has responded in assisting me but they still say they will make payment if my son is eligible so I basically have to gather all the paperwork I gathered in the beginning and send it again then maybe they will pay for fees but for this year only. I swear Sanlam UEP and Pepkor will kill me with stress,since 2019 yhoo. The lack of info and communication between the two companies will make us not claim for what is rightfully ours or maybe that's what they want so they can chow this money for themselves.
