PensionFund Pay Out

I am truly upset and disappointed with the services of ACA employee benefits. I submitted my withdrawal forms on the 17th of May 2019 and I received confirmation of receipt from Bongani Mabena.i was told my claim would be processed within 14 working days. after numerous counts calling trying to find out the progress of my application on 4th May I spoke to Bongani who told me my bank statement only came late which was 20th May My application will be finallised on 14th May.When I called Friday 14th May i was told my payout will be on Tuesday 18th May. Yesterday the money did not reflect on my account and when I called today I was only told they don't have any reason why it wasn't paid and the will pay it today. I have never been so frustrated by the service of Sanlam. I am very much sure I wont be getting it even today it has been a month since I submitted my form and the only thing am waiting is my airtime calling Bongani Mabena for him to lie to me.
