PensionFund Pay Out

I am totally and truely upset and disappointed with the services of ACA employee benifits. I submitted my withdrawal forms on the 9th of May 2019 and I recieved confirmation of reciept from Bongani Mabena.i was told my claim would be processed within 14 working days. On the 27th i called to follow up and spoke to Rueben and i recieved an email from him confirming that my benefit would be paid out on the 31st of May. On the 31st I had to call in again as the funds did not reflect in my account. I spoke to Bongani again and he said he would call me by 1 to provide feedback. I paitently waited for his call however to no avail. I had to call again and after reaching him he told me that there is a technical issue and i should give him time till tuesday the 4th of June. On Tuesday I called again and he assured me that the funds would reflect in my account on Thursday the 6th of June but still nothing came up. This morning the 7th of June I called again and was informed that they are in a meeting
