Pensioner should wait 3 months for payment

My mother went on pension end March 2025. She was told her payment may take up to 30 days to be processed. Only to find out that her request was blocked on Sanlam's side. We are nearing end of June and still no light at the end of the tunnel. Really Sanlam!!!??? 3 months that she must be without her pension!! This is beyond ridiculous and I demand resolve ASAP!!!!
