Pension withdrawal

It is with great disappointment that I write this review. After calling in and visiting offices of sanlam doing research on how I can go about withdrawing my pensions,i got the infor and different timelines as to how long it will take to payout. The website says up to 4.5 days,the one consultant said 7 days and that was the longest timeline and I didn't have a problem as I was under the impression that it will be on time before my debts come out. I was told after the application sanlam will contact me. However after trying and trying all I get is automated responses.

I decided to go into the branch and I was told it takes five days. I explained to the office that I need to make a follow up because over the phone I was told sanlam will contact me but nothing thus far.

So I was put through via office phone and my information was varified, however instead the lady laughed at me and told me it's 6 weeks. I asked her to email me the contacts of whome I can speak to to speed up the process and guess what I am still waiting.

I hate the service, I hate the lies. There doesn't seem to be proper communication and everyone will answer you based on how they feel. I am disappointed as I was played for a fool and suffering as a client.
