Pension payout not being processed over 6 weeks

I submitted claim forms at the beginning of March and my last day at work was 13 March 2015 and was told the withdrawal takes 3weeks, I called in to Sanlam to follow up on 7 April and was told to call after the 15th April, I called on the 16th April and was told that my claim was submitted for approval and thereafter the money will be calculated, submitted to SARS and I would receive it in about 2 weeks. It has been 2 weeks and I just spoke to a lady who was unable to tell me anything. I have been waiting more than 6 weeks for my money and I am not getting any answers from Sanlam. Now I am being told that my documents were not signed by the employer and they were only received on Friday which I find hard to believe because on 2 March 2015 the documents were signed and sent to Sanlam which was confirmed on 7 April when I called, I am told the money is still to be calculated and then sent to SARS, the lady said I should call and follow up in 2 weeks, meaning I will not get my money anytime soon. I fail to understand why it is taking so long when documents were sent in 2 months ago and Sanlam has received the last contributions.
