Pension payout

My husband resigned from his work in March. On the 28th of March he went to fill out his withdrawal forms and he submitted everything. We've been waiting for his pension payout since then. My husband has sent countless emails to Sanlam trying to find out when they will pay out but he has received no response till date. We have a 1 year old who needs milk and nappies, we have to pay rent also, our son doesn't have winter clothing. Sanlam is treating my husband like his asking for their money. I mean it's his money. Why can't they let him know when he can expect a payout. How are we supposed to survive?
