Pension payout

I have been sent from pillar to post by sanlam agents who are giving me different stories.I resigned from my job last year October and I without any income and I was expecting my pension payment this week,each time when i call for my payment progress they keep telling me different stories.. my policies relapsed and im yet to pay for my bond and my kids school fees..im fustrated!
