Pension payout

Sanlam unclaimed benefits, highly annoyed. Over 15 years ago I worked for a company and never recieved my payout. In April 2020 the ball started rolling and things started happening and falling into place which was sorted by Otshepi investment. Lovely service might I add. However the information was passed over to Sanlam to do the payout. The person who was suppose to be assisting and processing the pension was Nombulelo Mawasha. I have tried to call and email her. I can't get a hold of her and still my pension fund has not been paid out! I again got hold of Otshepi to find out the status of the pension fund and Nombulelo **** to them and said she has addressed the matter. I have now had it and I am extremely annoyed! I would like to get this sorted out. assistance would be greatly appreciated.
