Pension Pay out.
I have resigned from Sanlam Sky in August 2024, I haven't received any confirmation from the company about whether they received my registration or not. I called, emailed them, even send WhatsApp to them and I receive automated message telling me that they are experiencing high volumes of calls, emails and WhatsApp till today. Hello Peter please help.

02 Dec 2024, 11:29Good day. I did it again, calling Sanlam only to find that Sanlam HR hasn't sent my documents to the pension department. It's really painful and heartbreaking cause now it's December and I'm still in the dark about the progress of my claim. My children are hungry, I'm unable to pay my debts, I don't know what to say to the companies I'm owing money to. It's too painful and unfair what Sanlam is doing especially at this time of the year.
