Pension funds still not yet paid

Hi guys Sanlamsky has not yet paid my fund still when I make a follow up they tell me that my case is under investigation. My question is why do I get investigated after my resignation? What is it that Sanlamsky is investing after I've left the company and when I need my funds. Is that the way Sanlam operates? What's the investigation all about?

Guys let's not play hide n seek no one called me from Sanlam n today I contacted HR dept. N I was told that they're still investigating by forensic. My question is why was I not investigated when I was still employed? They only investigate me when I want my payout? What company is that?
