Pension funds claims duration
<p>I resigned from my employer on he 31 March 017 and submitted my claims 2 weeks before my resignations with my final contribution to Sanlam being 25 March 2017 ( my last pay day). </p> <p> </p> <p>How long does it take for you to process the claim as I had to send an email to a brooker in order for me to get a feedback and was told an online submission or claim was only submitted the day I have sent an email which was on the 10 April ( 10 days after I have left my employment)</p> <p> </p>

We have been informed that Ms Muller from our Sanlam Employee Benefits department made contact with you earlier today . She informed you that Sanlam the administrator of the Fund has not yet received a withdrawal claim form from your employer.We will be making contact with the employer to request the necessary documentation and will provide another update as soon as we received feedback.
