Pension fund withdrawal- or not?

I am sooo disappointed by Sanlam.

I resigned from my workplace and they sent my pension fund withdrawal forms to Sanlam on 14 December 2023. Around the 22nd of January I enquired with Sanlam about the status of my claim and I was told that the claim was never received. My employer went to Sanlam the next day and then the consultant only started processing my claim on 23 January. Had I not enquired, Id be waiting for nothing. Furthermore- all my emails are being ignored by Sanlam. I had to call but didnt get much information, just that my claim was received 23 Jan. I am so upset. Why should I have to wait so long for my money???????? On top of that, Im being ignored. Sanalm dropped the ball here, more should’ve been done to rectify this, not being ignored as if this is not MY money. Sanlam, when Am i getting my money????
