Pension fund withdrawal

I am soo disgusted with sanlam, their service is appalling. I submitted my pension fund claim form 3 months ago but still waiting for my payout. Ive been sending emails and calling their customer service center but all I'm been told is that my claim has been escalated. I would never recommend anyone to join sanlam as they dont know how to treat their clients. All I want to know is when my claim will be paid out !!! Im tired of being told the same thing I need my money urgently
