Pension fund request

Story has been changed nw sanlam is saying they never received my claim pension fund form bt I emailed them in November 2024.i even made follow up after form was sent firstly ispoke to alady who said she did receive my form she told me she forwarded everything to claim department when I asked them to resend a form again they don't respond back.how can I wait for 7mnths for my money doing follow up no body told me they never received it all they were saying is they receiving high volume of people who claims there pension sanlam is not ethical and now following honest and integrity rules please help me to get my money I'm hungry with my kids I'm suffering . why you not giving me another form as you said I ever do anyclaim
