Pension fund payout taking forever

Pension fund payout taking forever I resigned from my previous employer and submitted my document on the 10th of November , i am still waiting for my money .I tried calling and i am being told it is on process every time i call .can someone call me and tell me what is holding the payout . this is frustrating we wait long on calls ,no reply on emails and their WhatsApp . This worst service ever
