Pension fund not paid as promised and debit orders returned

I was retrenched in august 2018, and my last day with my employer was the 31 october 2018. And sanlam which administer pension fund on behalf of Absa prpmised that their SLA is 6 weeks from the day you are retreched and by the Way i spoken to a guy by the Name Mafa who assured me that 21 Dec 2018 my pension will be paid. However i am disappointed as i didnt make arrangement with my crediftors since i was gettting paid on the 20th . I am dissapointed to advise you that all my debit orders My home loan account wasn't debited due to the fact that my money was not said and even now i did nt get money for christmas had a black christmas
