Pension fund not being paid

My pension fund is underwritten by Sanlam. My ill health claim was authorized in January 2022. My work terminated my employment, yet we are in June and no pension payment received. Akari the pension administrators have been in contact with Sanlam. E mail and calling the relevant department but we are not getting any joy. The number I have for that department transfers you to "hold" till the line is dropped.
