Pension fund delay

I tyric karabo vilakazi was working at sanlam sky for 1 year 8 months from 01 October 2022 and resigned on the 02 of July 2024 I tried to communicate with my manager that I want to resign for more than 8 months but she refused to accept my resignation I ended up going my self on the 02 of July 2024 to resign my contract was officially terminated on the 14 of August 2024 it has it has been more than 2 months since I've waited for my pension fund can you please assist me to get my pension fund because sanlam is refusing to pay me my pension fund we were told that we are being investigated since then there was no communication we didn't even know why are we being investigated please help me to get my money
