My name is Sindiswa Kunene daughter of Mr Michael M Kunene, who was working at Ekurhuleni Municipality. My daddy passed on the 6/07/2016. Busisiwe Khanyile claim that she’s my dad’s daughter, she went behind our back and went register herself for the money with my uncle. People from Sanlam they requested that we do paternity test. Siyanda and Edith told us that we need to do the Paternity test against Busisiwe Khanyile and Sifiso Kunene which were done last week Wednesday. The people from lab from us to come and collect the results. Busisiwe went collected hers and my brother collected his. The results proves that Busisiwe is NOT related to us. I emails the result to Siyanda and she told me that she will speak to her manager Edith. Edith phoned me after 30 minutes and told me that we need to do another test with my uncle included the are not satisfied with this result, the fun part is that there are the one suggested that my brother and Busisiwe do the test cause they will be accurate. Now the they are coming with the story that we need to another test, because Busisiwe she want the test to be done with her uncle. My mother she’s not happy about this situation that we need to do another test. It is stressing her a lot and my brother needed the money so he can go school, so now he didn’t register to go to school cause we don’t have the money. It’s 8 months now the case has not been resolved. My mother she cannot pay water and light buy food she still waiting for her husband money. On 17/11/2017 I spoke to Marol Baloyi at 13:40, earlier she spoke to my mother telling her the money was paid to Busisiwe Khanyile, the trustee decided to pay her. I want to know how can they pay her knowing that Busisiwe is not related to my Dad. No one has the decency to tell us or show the statement on how the money was paid out. Apparently Marol told me that the was no prove that we did the DNA test. I have sent the result to Stanley ,Siyanda and Edith. Is this how they do business robbing people of their rightful assets.
