payout of funds

<p>I have been strugling with Sanlam for more than a month now to pay out my funds for an anuaty I had with them.</p> <p>first they send me letters that I needed to sighn, cancelling the anuaty, this I did, and send it back to them, when I called them a week later, they aparently never got the attachments, I resended the documends, a week after that, I called again, then was told the documends was found, on a desk of a manager but never processed. I was then told that my anuaty was ceeded by ABSA, and received new documends to be signed, I had to get this unceeded, and send it trough. today I got a called, that the second set of documends, was not signed, thus causing a delay. I signed it and send it back within five minutes of the call. straight after that, I received another email, with even more documents and a very lower payout ammount...</p> <p> </p> <p>Sanlam is the worst ever insurance compony, and I will not deal with them again, as they find excuses around every corner, but wait, when it comes to debit orders, they are the first ones to deduct money.</p>
